A residential program offering housing and work for young men in recovery from alcohol and drug abuse. This program lasts 8 months and can support up to 22 men.

YCAP runs several house programs, some of the rent assistance programs for those that are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Some of the programs they offer include Tenant Based Assistance (TBA), Rural Oregon Leasing and Supportive Services (ROLS), Stabilization, and Supportive Services for Veteran Families.
