YCAP has partnered with Waste Management and created the Pedal Power Partnership: Bikes are provided for children and adults in need of a bicycle. If you or a family member need a bike please go to YCAP to complete an intake form, after this you will be added to the waitlist and notified once a bike becomes available.

Car Repair/Insurance/Tires

YCAP provides client assistance for car insurance, car repairs or tires through their Direct Client Assistance Fund. To apply applicants must schedule an intake appointment with a YCAP case manager. They will need to bring a photo ID, social security card for each family member and copies of information pertaining to the assistance that is being requested. Intake appointments are limited, it’s recommended to call the front desk, (503)-472-0457 on Monday morning at 8:30.

 Car Seat Clinic
